Welcome to Grade 7: Introduction to Writing. This introductory lesson provides an overview of the six main types of writing: narrative, descriptive, expository, persuasive, reflective, and analytical. Students will be introduced to the purpose and general features of each category, laying the groundwork for deeper exploration in future lessons. While this session will not involve writing practice or in-depth analysis, it is designed to help students recognize and understand the distinct purposes of each type of composition. This foundation will support the development of writing skills throughout the course.
