Services

eLearningHub Academy provides live online tutoring and parent-led curriculum tools ("Parent AI"). Session scheduling, pricing, and program details are confirmed during your consultation and in your enrollment communications.

Accounts & Parental Responsibility

Accounts for students under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and for supervising the student's use of the services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to access other users' data, record sessions without consent, or use materials for any purpose other than personal education within your family.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, lesson plans, and platform content are the property of eLearningHub Academy and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are stated at enrollment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, eLearningHub Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
