Child Protection and Safeguarding Training

This course equips tutors with the knowledge and skills necessary to create safe, respectful, and legally compliant learning environments for students—especially minors. Tutors will learn to recognize signs of child abuse, understand their mandatory reporting responsibilities under Massachusetts and U.S. law, and follow strict codes of conduct for ethical student interaction. Completion of this course is required prior to tutoring students under the age of 18.
