Module 1000A3.5- INFINITIVES AND PHRASAL VERBS​

In this course, learners will explore two important grammatical structures: infinitives and phrasal verbs. Infinitives, the basic form of verbs usually preceded by "to" (e.g., to eat, to run), are essential in constructing clear and meaningful sentences. Phrasal verbs, on the other hand, are combinations of verbs with prepositions or adverbs (e.g., give up, look after) that carry unique meanings different from the individual words. This module aims to deepen students' understanding of these concepts through definitions, usage rules, examples, and practical activities. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify, use, and differentiate between various types of infinitives and phrasal verbs in context.
